I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Housing Loans Insurance Act 1965.

After regulation 6 of the Housing Loans Insurance Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Contracts

“6a. For the purposes of section 37a of the Act, the following amount is prescribed, namely, $500,000.”.
