HOUSING INDEMNITIES (AMENDMENT) ACT.

Act No. 3 ,1965 .

An Act to alter the conditions upon which the Treasurer may execute indemnities in respect of loans for housing purposes by certain institutions; for this purpose to amend the Housing Indemnities Act, 1962-1964; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 28th September, 1965.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative	Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in
Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: —

(1) This Act may be cited as the "Housing Indemni- ties (Amendment) Act, 1965".

(2) The Housing Indemnities Act, 1962, as amended by the Housing Indemnities (Amendment) Act, 1964, and by this Act, may be cited as the Housing Indemnities Act, 1962-
1965.

2. The Housing Indemnities Act, 1962-1964, is amended—

(a)	by omitting from paragraph (a) of section four the words "three thousand seven hundred and fifty pounds" and by inserting in lieu thereof the words "four thousand two hundred and fifty pounds";
(b) by omitting paragraph (b) of the same section.
