HOUSING INDEMNITIES (AMENDMENT) ACT.

An Act relating to the conditions upon which the Treasurer may grant an indemnity under the Housing Indemnities Act, 1962; for this purpose to amend that Act. [Assented to, 1st October,

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative	Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in
Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: —
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the "Housing Indem- nities (Amendment) Act, 1964".
(2) The Housing Indemnities Act, 1962, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Housing Indemnities Act, 1962-1964.
2. The Housing Indemnities Act, 1962, is amended by omitting from paragraph (a) of section four the words "three thousand five hundred pounds" and by inserting in lieu thereof the words "three thousand seven hundred and fifty pounds".
