Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Housing Improvement (South Australian Housing

Trust) Regulations, 1988.

Revocation

2. The regulations made under the Housing Improvement Act, 1940, on 19 December, 1940 (see Gazette, 19 December, 1940, p. 1587) as varied, and on 1 May, 1975 (see Gazette, 1 May, 1975, p. 1712) are revoked.

Constitution of South Australian Housing Trust

3. Pursuant to section 6 of the Housing Improvement Act, 1940, the South Australian

Housing Trust consists of eight members appointed by the Governor.
