An Ordinance to amend the Housing Assistance Ordinance 1987

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Housing Assistance (Amendment) Ordinance 1988.1

Substitution

2.  Section 21 of the Housing Assistance Ordinance 19872 is repealed and the following section substituted:

Periodic reports

“21.  The Commissioner shall furnish to the Minister for presentation to the Parliament a report relating to the operations of the Commissioner during each financial year, together with financial statements in respect of that year in such form as the Minister of State for Finance approves.”.
