Housing Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

30 June 2006 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2361

2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on —

(a)	if they are published in the Gazette on or before 1 July 2006 — 1 July 2006; or
(b)	if they are published in the Gazette after 1 July 2006 — the day on which they are published in the Gazette.

3.           The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Housing
Regulations 1980*.

4. Regulation 5 amended
Regulation 5(3) is amended as follows:

(a) by deleting "except pursuant to a resolution of the Commission and in the presence of 2 persons" and inserting instead

to a document except in the presence of the chief
executive officer of the Authority or 2 other officers of

the Authority

(b)

by deleting "Commission" in the second place where it " Authority "

5. Various references to "Commission" changed to
"Authority"

Each provision of the regulations listed in the Table to this regulation is amended by deleting "Commission" in each place where it occurs and inserting instead —

" Authority " Table
