HOUSING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Housing Amendment Regulations 1993.

Commencement

2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1993.

Regulation 8 repealed and a regulation substituted

3. Regulation 8 of the Housing Regulations 1990* is repealed and the following

regulation is substituted—
" Conveyancing Fees

8. The amounts specified in column 3 of the Table are the fees to be paid to the Commission in respect of the corresponding item specified in column 2

of the Table. TABLE
