1. The applicant applies for special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Collier, Rangiah and Charlesworth JJ). The Full Court dismissed the applicant's originating application, which contended that the conduct of the Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission gave rise to an apprehension of bias such that its decision upholding the respondent's appeal against the approval of an enterprise agreement must be quashed.

2. There is no issue of general importance such as to make it in the interests of the administration of justice to grant special leave.

3. Special leave to appeal is refused with costs.
