HOSPITALS SERVICES CHARGES FOR COMPENSABLE PATIENTS

DETERMINATION No. 2 1991

Made by the Minister for Health under section 37 3 af and regulation 5 2.

Citation

1. This determination may be cited as the Hospitals Services Charges for

Compensable Patients Determination No. 2 1991.

Commencement
2. This determination shall come into operation on 1 July 1991.
Interpretation

3. Unless the contrary intention appears, a word or phrase to which a meaning is attributed by, or by virtue of its use in, the Hospitals Services Charges

Regulations 1984* has the same meaning when it is used in this determination.

Charges payable in respect of compensable patients

4. The charges payable in respect of services rendered by, in or at a hospital in respect of compensable in-patients, compensable day patients and compensa ble out-patients are those specified in the Schedule to this determination.

Revocation

5. The Hospitals Services Charges for Compensable Patients Determination 1991 * is revoked.
