Made by the Minister for Health under section 37 (3) (af) of the Act and regulations 5 (2) and 5 (3).

Citation

1.     This determination may be cited as the Hospitals (Services Charges for

Compensable Patients) Determination 1996.

Schedule amended

2.    The Schedule to the Hospitals (Services Charges for Compensable

Patients) Determination 1994* is amended in Part 1 —
