Hospitals (Services Charges for Compensable

Patients) Amendment Determination

(No. 3) 2015

Made by the Minister for Health.

1.             Citation

This determination is the Hospitals (Services Charges for

Compensable Patients) Amendment Determination

(No. 3) 2015.

2.             Commencement

This determination comes into operation as follows —

(a) clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this

determination is published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the determination — on the day after that day.

3.             Determination amended

This determination amends the Hospitals (Services Charges for
Compensable Patients) Determination 2005.

4.             Schedule 1 Division 2 amended

In Schedule 1 Division 2:

(a) in item 7(a)(i) delete “$37.70” and insert:

$38.30

(b) in item 7(a)(ii) delete “$30.20” and insert:

$30.60

(c) in item 7(b) delete “$30.20” and insert:

$30.60
