Hospitals (Services Charges for Compensable

Patients) Amendment Determination 2016

Made by the Minister for Health.

1.             Citation

This determination is the Hospitals (Services Charges for Compensable Patients) Amendment Determination 2016.

2.             Commencement

This determination comes into operation as follows —

(a) clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this

determination is published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the determination — on 1 July 2016.

3.             Determination amended

This determination amends the Hospitals (Services Charges for
Compensable Patients) Determination 2005.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.
