Patients) Amendment Determination 2010

Made by the Minister for Health under the Hospitals and Health Services
Act 1927 section 37(3)(af) and the Hospitals (Services Charges)
Regulations 1984 regulation 5(2).

1.             Citation

This determination is the Hospitals (Services Charges for Compensable Patients) Amendment Determination 2010.

2.             Commencement

This determination comes into operation as follows —

(a)	clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this determination is published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the determination — on 1 July 2010.

3.             Determination amended

This determination amends the Hospitals (Services Charges for
Compensable Patients) Determination 2005.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.
