Patients) Amendment Determination 2009

Made by the Minister for Health under section 37(3)(af) of the Act and regulation 5(2) of the regulations.

Compensable Patients) Determination 2005.

1.            Citation

This determination is the Hospitals (Services Charges for Compensable Patients) Amendment Determination 2009.

2. Commencement
This determination comes into operation as follows —

(a)	clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this determination is published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the determination — on the day after that day.

3.            Determination amended

This determination amends the Hospitals (Services Charges for

4.            Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 item 7:

(a) delete "$31.30" and insert:

$32.90

(b) delete "$25.00" (each occurrence) and insert:

$26.30
