Made by the Minister for Health.
Citation

1.    This determination may be cited as the Hospitals (Services Charges for

Compensable Patients) Amendment Determination 1990.
Commencement

2.    This determination shall come into operation on 1 June 1990.

Schedule amended

3.    The Schedule to the Hospitals (Services Charges for Compensable Patients)

Determination 1989* is amended in Part III—

(a) in item 1 (c) (i) by deleting "$6" and substituting the following—

$8 "; and

(b) in item 2 (a) (i) by deleting "$6" and substituting the following--

a $8
