Hospitals (Services Charges) Amendment

Regulations (No. 5) 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Hospitals (Services Charges)
Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 2015.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Hospitals (Services Charges)
Regulations 1984.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 Division 3:

(a) in item 5(b) delete “$6.10” and insert:

$6.20

(b) in item 5(c)(i)(I) delete “$37.70” and insert:

$38.30

(c) in item 5(c)(i)(II) delete “$30.20” and insert:

$30.60

(d) in item 5(c)(ii) delete “$30.20” and insert:

$30.60
