HOSPITALS (SERVICES CHARGES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

(NO. 5) 1991

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Hospitals (Services Charges)

Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 1991.

Commencement

2. These regulations shall come into operation on 28 October 1991.

Schedule amended

3. The Schedule to the Hospitals (Services Charges) Regulations 1984* is

amended in item 1 (d) of Part 1. —

(a)

in subparagraph (i) by deleting "$78.85" and substituting the

following —

(b)	in subparagraph (ii) by deleting "$72.85" and substituting the following —
" $73.95
