Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Hospitals (Services

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Hospitals

(Services Charges) Regulations 1984*.

3.             Schedule amended

Part 1 of the Schedule is amended as follows:

(a) in item 1(c) by deleting "$32.30" and inserting instead —

$33.15 ";

(b) by deleting item 1(d)(i) and (ii) and inserting the following paragraph instead

(d)	for private nursing home type patients	$107.85
per day
