Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

1 May 2009 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1435

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Hospitals (Services Charges)
Regulations 1984.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

(1)	In Schedule 1 item 1(c) delete -$40 80-	and insert:
$41 35

(2)	In Schedule 1 item 1(d) delete "$140.10" and insert:
$140.65

5.            Schedule 1 amended

(1) In Schedule 1 Division 3 item 4 delete "item 2" and insert:
