Hospitals (Services Charges) Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 1999

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Hospitals (Services
Charges) Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 1999.

2.            The Schedule amended

The Part I item 1 of the Schedule to the Hospitals (Services
Charges) Regulations 1984* is amended as follows:

(a) in subitem (c) by deleting '$27.35 per day" and inserting instead —

" $27.65 per day ";

(b)	in subitem (d)(i) by deleting '$91.15 per day- and
inserting instead — " $92.75 per day ";
(c)	in subitem (d)(ii) by deleting '$85.15 per day" and inserting instead —
