Hospitals (Services Charges) Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Hospitals (Services Charges)
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2006.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Hospitals
(Services Charges) Regulations 1984*.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 Division 1 item 1 is amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (c) by deleting “$35.65 per day” and inserting instead —

“ $36.40 per day ”;

(b) in paragraph (d) by deleting “$121.85 per day” and inserting instead —

“ $122.60 per day ”.
