Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Hospitals (Services
Charges) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2003.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Hospitals
(Services Charges) Regulations 1984*.

3. Schedule amended
The Schedule is amended as follows:

(a) in Part 1 item 1(c) by deleting "$31.55" and

inserting " $32.30 ";

(b) in Part 1 item 1(d)(i) by deleting "$102.55" and " $103.30 ";

(c) in Part 1 item 1(d)(ii) by deleting "$96.55" and inserting " $97.30 ".
