These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Hospitals (Services
Charges) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2000.

2.            Commencement

30 June 20001 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 3415

3. Schedule amended
The Schedule to the Hospitals (Services Charges)
Regulations 1984* is amended in Part V by deleting "$17.00 per
day" and inserting instead —
" $18.70 per day ".
