HOSPITALS (SERVICES CHARGES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1997

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the Hospitals (Services Charges) Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1997.

Schedule amended

2. Part 1 of the Schedule to the Hospitals (Services Charges) Regulations 1984* is

amended —

(a) in item 1 (c) by deleting "$26.30" and substituting the following —

" $26.40 ";

(b) in item 1 (d) (i) by deleting "$89.70" and substituting the following —

" $89.80 ";

(c) in item 1 (d) (ii) by deleting "$83.70" and substituting the following —

By Command of the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, ROD SPENCER, Clerk of the Executive Council.

" $83.80 "; and

(d) by deleting items 3 and 4.
