HOSPITALS (SE&VICES CHARGES) AMENDMENT REGUTATIONS

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Hospitals (Services Charges)

Amendment Regulations No. 2) 1995.

Commencement

2.      These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1995.

Principal regulations

are referred to as the principal regulations.	In these regulations the Hospitals (Services Charges) Regulations 1984*

Regulation 4 amended

of "surgically im lanted prostheses" by deleting "National Health Act 1953 of	Regulation 4 (1) of the principal regulations is amended in the definition

Schedule amended

6.     The Schedule to the principal regulations is amended -

(a) below the headin "SCHEDULE" by deleting "Regulations 4, 5"

and substituting $e following -

(b)	in Part 1 -
(i) in item 1 (b) (i) by deleting "$321.00" and substituting the following -

U nursing ".
