HOSPITALS (SERVICES CHARGES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS
(No. 2) 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation

1.   These regulations may be cited as the Hospitals (Services Charges) Amend-

ment Regulations (No. 2) 1990.
Commencement

2.    These regulations shall come into operation on 1 June 1990.

Schedule amended
3. The Schedule to the Hospitals (Services Charges) Regulations 1984* is

amended in Part III item 2—

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "no charge" and substituting the follow- ing—

" $1 per item on prescription "; and

(b) in paragraph (c) (i) by deleting "$6" and substituting the following—

$8 ”.
