Hospitals (Services Charges) Amendment

Regulations 2010

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Hospitals (Services Charges)
Amendment Regulations 2010.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	regulations 3 and 4(1) — on the day after that day;
(c)	regulation 4(2) — on 1 July 2010.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Hospitals (Services Charges)
Regulations 1984.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

(1) In Schedule 1:

(a) in item 1(c) delete “$45.50” and insert:

$47.35

(b) in item 1(d) delete “$147.15” and insert:

$149

(2) Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.
