Hospitals (Services Charges) Amendment

Regulations 2004

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Hospitals (Services
Charges) Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Hospitals
(Services Charges) Regulations 1984*.

3. Schedule amended
The Schedule is amended in Part III item 2 as follows:

(a)

in paragraphs (a)(ii), (b)(ii) and (c)(i) by deleting “$3.70 “ $3.80 per item ”;

(b)

in paragraph (c)(ii)(I), by deleting “$23.10 per item” and “ $23.70 per item ”;

(c)

in paragraph (c)(ii)(II), by deleting “$18.50 per item” “ $19 per item ”.
