Hospitals (Services Charges) Amendment

Regulations 2002

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Hospitals (Services
Charges) Amendment Regulations 2002.

2.            Schedule amended

The Schedule to the Hospitals (Services Charges)
Regulations 1984* is amended as follows:

(a)

in Part III item 2(a)(ii) by deleting "$3.50 per item" and " $3.60 per item ";

By Command of the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, ROD SPENCER, Clerk of the Executive Council.

(b)

in Part III item 2(b)(ii) by deleting "$3.50 per item" and " $3.60 per item ";

(c)

in Part III item 2(c)(i) by deleting "$3.50 per item" and " $3.60 per item ";

(d)

in Part III item 2(c)(ii) by deleting "$15.00 per item" " $15.40 per item ".
