Hospitals (Services Charges) Amendment

Regulations 2000

Made by the Administrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Hospitals (Services
Charges) Amendment Regulations 2000.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.

3.            Schedule amended

The items of the Schedule to the Hospitals (Services Charges) Regulations 1984* listed in column 1 of the Table to this regulation are amended by deleting the amounts set out in column 2 of the Table and inserting instead the amounts set out in column 3.
