HOSPITALS (SERVICES CHARGES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Hospitals (Services Charges)

Amendment Regulations 1997.

Schedule amended

2.     The Schedule to the Hospitals (Services Charges) Regulations 1994* is

amended in Part III, item 2 —

(a) by deleting 12.70 per item" in the 3 places where it occurs and

substituting in each place the following —

" $3.20 per item "; and
(b)	in subitem (c) (ii) by deleting 114.50 per item" and substituting the following —
" $15.00 per item "
