Hospitals (Service Charges) Amendment

Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

(c)	in item 2(c)(i) by deleting "$3.30" and inserting instead —
" $3.50 "

These regulations may be cited as the Hospitals (Service
Charges) Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.             Schedule amended

Part III of the Schedule to the Hospitals (Services Charges)
Regulations 1984* is amended as follows:

(a) in item 2(a)(ii) by deleting "$3.30" and inserting instead —

$3.50 ";

(b) in item 2(b)(ii) by deleting "$3.30" and inserting instead —

" $3.50 ";
