Hospitals Regulations Amendment (Licensing

and Conduct Fees) Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Hospitals Regulations Amendment
(Licensing and Conduct Fees) Regulations 2016.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.

(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2016.

Part 2 —Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct of Private

Hospitals) Regulations 198 7 amended

3.            Regulations amended

This Part amends the Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct of
Private Hospitals) Regulations 1987.

This Part amends the Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct of
Private Psychiatric Hostels) Regulations 1997.

6.             Schedule 1 amended
