Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct of Private

Psychiatric Hostels) Amendment

Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct of

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct

of Private Psychiatric Hostels) Regulations 1997.

4.            Regulation 7 amended

In regulation 7(2)(b) delete "he or she" and insert:

the supervisor

5.            Regulation 13 amended

In regulation 13(b) delete "resident himself or herself; and" and insert:

resident; and

6.            Regulation 14 amended

In regulation 14(1) delete "his or her" and insert:

the resident's

7.            Schedule 1 amended

Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.	Table
