Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct of
Private Psychiatric Hostels) Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct of Private Psychiatric Hostels) Regulations 1997.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.
