Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct of Private

Psychiatric Hostels) Amendment

Regulations 2009

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct of
Private Psychiatric Hostels) Amendment Regulations 2009.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct
of Private Psychiatric Hostels) Regulations 1997.

4.             Regulation 5 amended

(1)	In regulation 5(1) delete “of $1 100” and insert:
calculated in accordance with Schedule 1 item 1
(2)	In regulation 5(3) delete “of $100” and insert:
calculated in accordance with Schedule 1 item 2
(3)	After regulation 5(5) insert:
(6) The CEO must issue an applicant for a replacement licence with a replacement on payment of the fee set out in Schedule 1 item 3, if satisfied that the licence has been lost, damaged or destroyed.

5.             Regulation 6 amended

In regulation 6 delete “of $60” and insert:
