The amendments in these regulations are to the Hospitals
(Licensing and Conduct of Private Psychiatric Hostels)
Regulations 1997* .

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct of
Private Psychiatric Hostels) Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.            The regulations amended

15 December 2006 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 5627

3.            Various references to Commissioner changed to CEO

Each provision listed in the Table to this regulation is amended by deleting "Commissioner" in each place where it occurs and inserting instead —

" CEO ".
