Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct of Private

Hospitals) Amendment Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct of
Private Hospitals) Amendment Regulations 2016.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

that person's

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct of Private Hospitals) Regulations 1987.

4.            Regulation 6 amended

In regulation 6(a) delete "his or her" and insert:

5.             Regulation 9 amended

In regulation 9 delete "his or her" (each occurrence) and insert:

that patient's

6.             Schedule 1 amended

Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.
