Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct of

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Hospitals
(Licensing and Conduct of Private Hospitals)
Regulations 1987*.

3.             Various references to Commissioner changed to C EO

Each provision listed in the Table to this regulation is amended by deleting "Commissioner" in each place where it occurs and inserting instead —

" CEO ".
