AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on the same day as the Mental

Health Act 1996 comes into operation.

Regulations 1987 amended
3. After regulation 4 of the Hospitals (Licensing and Conduct of Private
Hospitals) Regulations 1987* the following regulation is inserted —

Endorsement of licence to allow admission etc. under Mental

Health Act 1996

4A. (1) An application to the Commissioner for a licence to be endorsed under section 26DA of the Act is to be made in a form
approved by the Commissioner.
