This regulation may be cited as the Hospitals Foundations (South Coast Region Health Foundation) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Commencement 2. Part 3 commences the day after part 2 commences. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the HospitalsFoundations(SouthCoastRegion Health Foundation) Regulation 1994 . PART 2—PROVISION COMMENCING ON NOTIFICATION ˙ Replacement of ss 2–3 4. Sections 2 and 3— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Body corporate continued in existence ‘ 2. The body corporate named South Coast Region Health Foundation is continued in existence under the name Gold Coast Hospital Foundation.’.
