Hospitals Foundations (HIVFQ) Amendment Regulation 2018 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Hospitals Foundations (HIVFQ) Amendment Regulation 2018.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Hospitals Foundations Regulation 2015.

3   Amendment of s 3A (Dissolution of body corporate—Act, s 59)

Section 3A—
insert—

(2)The HIV Foundation Queensland is dissolved under section 59 of the Act.

4   Amendment of sch 1 (Bodies corporate)

Schedule 1, ‘HIV Foundation Queensland’—
omit.
