s1 2 s4 Hospitals Foundations Amendment (No. 2) No. 49, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Hospitals Foundations Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Hospitals Foundations Regulation 1994 . ˙ Insertion of new s 3 3. After section 2— insert— ˙ ‘ Body corporate continued in existence ‘ 3.(1) The body corporate named Townsville General Hospital Foundation is continued in existence under the name Townsville District Health Foundation. ‘ (2) This section expires the day it commences.’. ˙ Amendment of schedule (Names of bodies corporate) 4.
