1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Hospitals Foundations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2016 .

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Hospitals Foundations Regulation 2015 .

3   Replacement of s 3 (Bodies corporate stated in sch 1)

Section 3—
omit, insert—

3    Bodies corporate stated in sch 1

The bodies corporate stated in schedule 1 continue in existence.

3A   Dissolution of body corporate—Act, s 59

The Redcliffe Hospital Foundation is dissolved under section 59 of the Act.

4   Amendment of sch 1 (Bodies corporate)

Schedule 1, ‘Redcliffe Hospital Foundation’—
omit.
