Hospitals Foundations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Hospitals Foundations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Hospitals Foundations Regulation2005. 3 Insertion of new s 4 After section 3— insert— ‘4 Body corporate continued in existence ‘(1) The body corporate named PA Foundation is continued in existence under the name PA Research Foundation. ‘(2) This section expires the day it commences.’. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Bodies corporate—Act, s 7) Schedule 1, entry for PA Foundation— omit, insert — ‘PA Research Foundation’.
