Hospitals Foundations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Hospitals Foundations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the HospitalsFoundationsRegulation 2005 . 3 Replacement of s 4 (Repeal) Section 4— omit, insert— ‘4 Body corporate continued in existence ‘(1) The body corporate named Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital Research Foundation is continued in existence under the name Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital Foundation. ‘(2) This section expires the day it commences.’. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Bodies corporate—Act, s 7) Schedule 1, entry for Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital Research Foundation— omit, insert— ‘Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital Foundation’.
