s1 2 s6 Hospitals Foundations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 28, 2007 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Hospitals Foundations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the HospitalsFoundationsRegulation 2005. 3 Amendment of s 2 (Establishment of bodies corporate—Act, s 7) Section 2, ‘the schedule’— omit, insert— ‘schedule 1’. 4 Insertion of new s 3 After section 2— insert— ‘3 Prescribed associated health community councils for bodies corporate, Act—s 18(3)(a)(ii) ‘For section 18(3)(a)(ii) of the Act, an associated health community council mentioned in schedule 2, column 2, is the council prescribed for the body corporate mentioned opposite the council in schedule 2, column 1.’. 5 Amendment of schedule (Bodies corporate—Act, s 7) Schedule, heading, ‘Schedule’— omit, insert— ‘ Schedule 1 ’. 6 Insertion of new sch 2 After schedule 1, as amended— insert—
