s1 2 s5 Hospitals Foundations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 131, 2003 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Hospitals Foundations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2003. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Hospitals Foundations Regulation 1994. 4 Insertion of new s 3 After section 2— insert— ‘3 Body corporate continued in existence ‘ (1) The body corporate named Royal Brisbane Hospital Research Foundation is continued in existence under the name Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital Foundation. ‘ (2) This section expires the day it commences.’. 5 Amendment of schedule (Names of bodies corporate) Schedule, ‘Royal Brisbane Hospital Research Foundation’— omit, insert— ‘Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital Foundation’.
