s1 2 s4 Hospitals Foundations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 227, 2001 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Hospitals Foundations Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Hospitals Foundations Regulation 1994. 3 Insertion of new s 3 After section 2— insert — ‘3 Body corporate continued in existence ‘ (1) The body corporate named Townsville District Health Foundation is continued in existence under the name Townsville Hospital Foundation. ‘ (2) This section expires the day it commences.’. 4 Amendment of schedule (Names of bodies corporate) Schedule, ‘Townsville District Health Foundation’— omit, insert — ‘Townsville Hospital Foundation’.
