This regulation amends the Hospitals Foundations Regulation 1994 . ˙ Insertion of new s 3 3. After section 2— insert— ˙ ‘ Body corporate continued in existence ‘ 3.(1) The body corporate named Princess Alexandra Hospital Research and Development Foundation is continued in existence under the name Princess Alexandra Hospital Foundation. ‘ (2) This section expires the day it commences.’. ˙ Amendment of schedule (Names of bodies corporate) 4. Schedule, ‘Princess Alexandra Hospital Research and Development Foundation’— omit, insert— ‘Princess Alexandra Hospital Foundation’. ENDNOTES 1.
